Team Leader for Steelfixing
Location: Central London
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader for Steelfixing to join our client’s dynamic team in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious project with competitive rates of pay and ongoing work.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of steelfixers on site
Ensuring all work is carried out according to project specifications and health & safety standards
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans
Coordinating with other trades and site management
Training and mentoring junior team members
Reporting progress and any issues to the site manager
Requirements:
Proven experience as a steelfixing team leader
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
Relevant qualifications and certifications in steelfixing
Must hold the requisite management card for this field
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
